The UAB “Ceres Agrar” functions in Lithuania as our central agricultural service and management company, in which all practical activities of organizing a farm for our own as well as for external agricultural companies are concentrated. These include:

1. Detailed planning of the entire production from the use of operating resources, the organization of field work, storage and processing of the harvested quantities
2. Purchase of all resources
3. Organization, implementation and control of the production technology and intensity in relation to the planned yield level, which requires ongoing monitoring in accordance with the seasonal weather pattern
4. Implementation of all work and provision of agricultural wage services on third-party businesses with their own employees and machines Preservation, processing, storage and marketing
