For us at M+H NordTrust & Trade International, the Iron Triangle of Project Management (Project Management Triangle) is the basis on which we build a project to be realized. Therefore it is also the basis for us to evaluate our own completed project in terms of the achievement of goals.
Our fundamental attitude in generell is, that, no matter what we want to build or achieve, we must always maintain and keep an eye on the balance between the target performance with the associated costs and the time required.
